Our team worked closely with the client to revitalise an old building by integrating a base building refurbishment with speculative fit-outs, lift lobbies and bathroom refurbishments.

The design approach for Level 13 was to create a central activity hub for meetings, collaboration and breakout activities. All other areas are designed around the hub, capitalising on views and natural light. Two quiet rooms are located in the back of the fit-out, where there is limited access to natural light.

The spaces are designed for inward focus; hence, the use of colour blocking that creates an immersive experience for the staff.

The palette is warm and rich in textures, layering several materials to create an eclectic yet sophisticated interior space.

This is balanced by the exposed services in the ceiling and grinding of the existing concrete floor.
