We have completed numerous base building refurbishments and make goods for Investa. These include lift lobbies, bathrooms, services upgrades, remediation of asbestos and energy efficiency upgrades to lighting, hydraulic and mechanical services.

Other projects for the group have included the design and delivery of three speculative workplace fit-outs.

Each had a unique design concept, ranging from corporate to modern, with a variety of colour schemes. Bespoke joinery and original furniture made the spaces feel individual to appeal to a variety of clients. Each tenancy featured integrated breakout spaces and collaboration areas, for a modern way of working. Original graphics were also tastefully displayed throughout.
