For their 5th project with us, HFW required a complete new full-floor tenancy fit out for their 1500sqm Sydney office.

As an A-grade building in the heart of the CBD, it was crucial for us to work with the existing architecture of the building whilst also creating an office space which was sympathetic to the HFW brand, and would set the standard for future fitouts in other locations. Over 10 weeks we restructured the office to create 30 individual offices and 30 workstations, and custom-designed the entire front-of-house area to install meeting rooms, board rooms, amenities and a reception. The fitout also included the installation of two kitchens, including a 30sqm commercial-grade kitchen.

We successfully installed a simple management 1-touch system for the client by linking blinds control, the AV system and IT system. Using wireless technology, we minimised ceiling cabling and future proofed the space for maintenance.

The office is light and sophisticated, with high quality finishes and modern, state-of-the-art facilities which are coherent with the brand of HFW, and will set the bar for future HFW offices.
