Our team was appointed to manage this significant building refurbishment, including a new building entrance featuring a dramatic street awning and an upgraded foyer with a new retail area, a new lift system and new high-quality end-of-trip (EOT) facilities.

Refurbishments works entailed a full upgrade to base building essential services. Roof works were required to accommodate new services, including a 120-tonne fire tank, which required strengthening of the existing structure.

Additional building upgrade works were undertaken to accommodate the US Consulate General's requirements.
