project overview

We were engaged for the full design and construction of the new end-of-trip (EOT) facility on the State Heritage Listed Building at Pier 8, Walsh Bay, in Sydney.

Our team managed the DA and Heritage approvals and converted an unused commercial kitchen space to accommodate bike storage, a bike servicing station and lockers.

Facilities include male and female change rooms, including drying, ironing and grooming stations.
