The existing facilities at 177 Pacific Highway were dated and plain, and not in line with the market in North Sydney. The landlord and CBRE engaged us to redesign and refurbish the existing End-of-trip (EOT) facilities to provide a more luxurious feel, in line with a boutique hotel experience.

The new EOT facilities now feature towel service, rapid clothes dryers, Dyson hair dryers and straighteners, and shoe polishers. Custom wall graphics invite employees in from the previously uninspiring corridor.
