The Department of Infrastructure required base building refurbishments to the ground floor foyer, 7 floors of the tenanted building and brand-new end of trip facilities.
The scope involved 7 tenanted floors of refurbishment. To ensure safety of the tenants and project workflow we decanted tenants for each floor to a temporary facility, allowing us to maintain a steady “relocation and refurbishment cycle”.
